The Sustainable Cities Impact Plan, for example, targets urban interventions with significant climatic change mitigation potential to help cities shift towards low-emission and resilient urban development in an integrated manner.

Foster enabling conditions for mainstreaming mitigation concerns into sustainable evolution strategies.
